1. Business Customers

We operate exclusively as a B2B supplier. Our products are intended for gyms, fitness studios, sports organizations, and corporate clients. Orders placed by individuals or consumers may be declined at our sole discretion.

2. Orders & Customization

• Bulk Orders: Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and vary by product.
• Custom Products: Customers must provide accurate, high-quality logo files. Once a custom order is approved and enters production, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in [currency].
• Full payment is required at the time of order unless alternative terms are agreed upon in writing.
• Invoices are payable on the due date stated. Late payments may delay production or shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide (and internationally where applicable). Estimated delivery times vary depending on product type, customization, and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Bulk Stock Orders: Eligible for return within [X days] if unused and in original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos and trademarks provided by clients remain their sole property. We do not use, reproduce, or distribute client logos for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed order.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
